The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using.
These meditations for Tradition three embody a variety of Spiritual Principles. The list of principles and values below may be useful as we consider applications of Tradition two.

| Service | Compassion / Humility | Generosity / Equality | Inclusiveness |
| Responsibility / Acceptance | Love / Faith | Anonymity | Welcome |
These meditations were written during a traditions workshop that was created to run in 2025-2026 in County Durham in the United Kingdom. The workshop was designed to help recovering addicts understand the spirit of NA traditions in the book Guiding Principles and how a spiritual life can help anyone to recover.
Each tradition was studied over a four week period, and during this time Amanda decided to create two seperate meditations, to embody the principles being studied inside of each tradition.
Everywhere that addicts suffer, our message is the same: An addict, any addict, can stop using drugs, lose the desire to lose and find a new way to live.
